Germination of desiccated oats

I have some oats I could use as farm saved cover crop seed, but they were sprayed with glyphosate before harvest (bit of a late idea!)
Has anyone any experience of how much the germination is affected by glyphosate. Is it completely dead or just a bit risky? Would upping the rate be a fair compromise or is rigour affected as well? Thanks in advance

If in doubt, get them tested by NIAB, who can also do a vigour test. Depending on when you sprayed, generally it doesn't affect germination that much in my experience, though we've pretty much given up pre-harvest spraying especially when the crop's for human consumption and my memory is unreliable.

Grab a handful and germinate them between two bits of wet kitchen roll.
