We have an 04 ifor Williams dp 120 14 ft triaxel with sheep decks, have to say its a fairly good trailer to tow but its on its 3rd set of sheep decks as the mixture of pee, wood shavings and shite seem to rot away the hinges and make holes around where the hinges were, theyre a good trailer if your NOT hauling a few thousand sheep around the county (y) we bought a small truck 2 years ago and never looked back.
Those gamic trailers seem a good job but never seen any in this country :(

Going back to the electric brakes, I think there may be a legal problem over here.
Just the rules being many years out of date.
Believe some can be operated independant of the foot brake, which would be a big help at times.
Tis time there was a complete overhaul of towing regs, proper braking and swan neck trailer hitch
be a real step foreward.. Would be a good time to do it now with LR stopping production.
None of the currently available pickups have a suitable chassis for mounting a decent hitch

Gamic trailers is under new management and have moved to bigger premises and I understand they're building them a lot faster these days.

Ifor are usually cheaper than GE , Nugent or Hudson equivalents

The Gamic lifting tray model sits in a niche segment alongside the Houghton T35. You're not comparing apples with apples on spec but it would be 2/3 the price , I'm reckoning ......
What does a T35 go for?
