Graham heath kits.

Hello chaps and chapesses does anyone have one of the heath kit cattle buildings 100x40. If seen them advertised and they seem decent. Just woundering if anyone has put one up and how do they go together (the fit I mean) and are they please with them?

We fell out with the company, I’d be rather glad to never deal with them again but in all fairness the kit was all there and fitted together no problem.

We have had two of their kit buildings. They went together well. There was a long wait for the second so they sent the ground bolts first so we could put the foundations in all ready for when the steel turned up.

If you like 20ft bays and timber purlins.
Are they decent spec, with proper gussets as opposed to the skeleton ones, and structural eaves tie beams?

my sure what you mean skeleton ones. I’ll take some pics of ours if it helps. Has eaves ties. Think they’re required for CE marking.

There is a special offer stock building locally and the portal frame gussets are no more than some flat plate welded across the angle.

Helped my mate build one 15’ bays metal purlins went very well couldn’t fault it .

Just had quite a complicated bespoke potato store put up by them, went together with no grinding or welding anything.
