@akaPABLO01 , in round figures, what might the cost be to install a heat loop in chalk via borehole? I’m assuming it would need to be pretty deep?

Not sure, a driller would be best to advise on depths, temps and how deep you need to go. They usually quote £35-45/ m drilled with the proviso that you handle the spoil. Cheaper is 125m so that’s 300m per bore (headers inc). Minimum would be 3/4 per home, more on district.

Cost of system varies from £1200/£1500 per kW which depends on ground piping and circuit mods including full carcass and rads.
