Well I can get your meat in to Waitrose but you can't .
but if you or no other bugger that was so easy parted with there money didn't belong you could still get your meat in to Waitrose
all you subsidise is a load of pen pushers
sounds more like number three to me

supermarkets don't buy your meat the slaughterhouses do what do you think they would do if nobody was FA just sit there and go bust ? no they would buy the meat just the same and the supermarkets would buy it from them they don't give a f**k about FA when they import stuff anyway
FA was brought in for the cost of a few pieces of silver and now we are stuck with it and I will be soon as well, thanks a lot those of you that jumped to get your loot

TBH doesn't the current beef system work rather well..the supermarket gets good clean meat from @bobk and he's free to source the best stores for his business such as @Henarar produces:)
yea but it can't be right me not making a donation to the pen pushers what about the new car they wanted or there pension or there next holiday, the guilt is just tearing me up, but not to worry the press gang will be along in a bit

I think the time has now been reached, after so much banter on TFF, that you created Clive, which we all get a great deal of pleasure, amusement and information from, that you seriously arrange a face to face meeting with Guy Smith to air your views, suggestions as to how the NFU can improve itself to the benefit of members and non members.
To carry on slagging of the NFU via your TFF does not seem to me to be a very mature/professional way of airing ones views. Face to face discussion is what is needed ,anyone else agree?,Banish me from TFF if you so wish, but those are my thoughts .

it is fine because fa is 'VOLUNTARY':D:D....now stop getting so stressed...i can see @farmerclare having to cool you down with a flannel:eek:
I am fine just pointing out how things are :)
The funny thing is before they started on about WLA I was going to look into joining RT so I could still sell the barren cows to the place down the road, but this has made me more inclined not to do it
I guess I just don't like being told what to do:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

he knows my views and has done for a while now, I've said all I have to now and voted with my feet, I'm no longer a member so Guy has no accountability to me any longer

I will shut up now, it's up to remaining members to hold them to account not me

Only one person has been banned since we started - we had no choice as he used this site to break the law and I was saddened that he left us no choice by doing so

even then it wasn't my personal decision, we discussed it amongst our mod team and staff before we took action

no single person involved in the running of TFF has the power to ban anyone
Explain who was this miscreant and what was the crime.

I don't think Clive is as vociferous as others on here I'm sure you'll agree. TFF might be Clive's but I see him as remarkably neutral and fair considering the way some of the thread roll on here!

There is no way any part of the NFU would consider letting farmers have such a free for all in one place!!!!

Do you really think the NFU needs to hear from Clive? Do you really think they don't know what is said as regards thier rather old school image and behaviour. No, they bloody well do know and all they are doing is burying thier heads in the sand hoping that because we have a shouting board here we will all go away.

They know we don't want WLA
They know we want OMOV
They know we want less red tape and bureaucracy
They know a lot of farmers are dissatisfied with the voice they have via the NFU.

The vast majority of members are zombie members; they just pay up and shut up and the NFU is hiding behind thier inaction by saying that's what our members want. Its bolicks imo.
