Looks a tidy combine credit to its previous owner !!
What’s it yielding like?

Yeah last owner kept it well, just gave it a quick hose off to give it a shine.
Can’t see it doing more than 3 ton/acre at best , bugger all straw either , all well next year
Combine goes well, new concave, new knife and new fingers and it’s cracking on nicely. Auto steer is working well too

No that's spring barley. It's rubbish. About 1.5t/acre. 3 round bales of straw to the acre. Just died off on light land.

I've bits like that but rest will hopefully be ok as its heavier ground and got a decent amount of slurry , but winter barley is ok where it's grown , other bits that got saturated after drilling never came ,

Harvest 2018 complete. Started with winter barley on 12th July and finished with spring barley on 7th August. Planet, drilled 20th April, yielding just over 6t/ha, 11-12%mc, 64-66 kg/hl.

Looks like the brackets are in place to carry a centr conveyor but not installed yet?

At the moment the dryer is just dumping it into the corner of the store then either the loading shovel or forklift is moving it. Theres room for about 100 ton or so before we need to move any.

picked some straw up from Ashwell this week he must have had the same demo straw was smashed to fudge must have lost 2 ton by the time id got to where I was going

Hi @roscoe erf , I live in the next village to Ashwell and saw a blue lorry and drag parked up in a field in that location. I thought of you and then thought no it can’t be, but maybe it was! Small world
