Did you get a demo of the tracked combine that was doing the rounds down here ? and if so any thoughts?Don't have a Lexion here, but very same thing applies with my '97 2166 (because of the rock-trap feeder)
Nice problem to have!Unfortunately (or not) until we get some loaded out there is no room in the barns for any kit. It will have to stay out in " the big shed".

did you manage to lift it?
Saw that in Carlisle last March! WTFteslacoils, ive a pal who reckons hadrian was a man ahead of his time, and if offa had had a jcb all would be well in england. As for needing a coat up near newcastle they should go on a sat night not a coat in sight or much else in the way of clothing ,think that fake tan must act as insulation
did you manage to lift it?
It's to do with the angle of the face of the trunking and the back if the header. If combine stands fractionally lower than the trolley, or the trolley and header does not lean towards the combine a tad, the bottom of the feeder trunking contacts the back of the header before the top hooks can grab the header eyes. Can't you adjust the angle of the bars the header sits on?

Tis the cause of much cussing when you are in a hurry, and the solution is to dig a spit out of the ground and park with the nearside trolley wheel in the hole.
Glad to see later on in thread you got done. I know I have a slight green and yellow bias but is it not impressive for a 5 walker combine to cut those acreages?Apart from a few stone related thing like knife sections the T560 has done 1145 acres faultlessly, it's just a shame we've got 1150 to do!
Just cut our last 2 acres of wheat.Barley that was 11.5% before Tuesday's storm now 19%.
Same with my NH TX 63. Trolley has to be just right to get the angle right to lift the header off.I remember that problem when we ran dominators, sometimes it was enough to put one wheel in a tramline rut or run the other wheel up on a plank carried in the towing tractor.
Now running a Tucano and find if the front wheels of the combine are much lower than the back wheels it doesn’t lift high enough to extract the header from the trolley
