How much extra work do you think it actually is?
A good point , my plan is to clear everything by next April .I think sellers at £3 consider it better to sell 100% than charge £5 and just sell 2%, it's supply and demand
My plan as always to only sell at a worthwhile price and when the time comes only make enough to refill the barn..... Do you ever see Apple selling off their previous stock of iphones for 1/3 of what they are worth in order to make space for their new model??A good point , my plan is to clear everything by next April .

sons pal is selling small bales off the field £5, but as he says, grass is free, tackles paid for, and he's shoved enough in the barn, already, and he can earn more shearing, than staying at home, hauling bales, to sell at £6/7 in the winter. - he has a few thousand in the barn already. They do actually .
You can’t. Simple as that. But they will m have sold out by SeptemberSo how do we wise up the clowns still giving it away for £3/bale or less
If he is away shearing, who is counting the bales and collecting £?sons pal is selling small bales off the field £5, but as he says, grass is free, tackles paid for, and he's shoved enough in the barn, already, and he can earn more shearing, than staying at home, hauling bales, to sell at £6/7 in the winter. - he has a few thousand in the barn already.
And possibly people who have nowhere to put them in !Most of those sales are beer money

That sort of thing has made me so cross in the past. It is the only reason I keep a single row Lotus - for travelling a very few feet in front of the baler on such days.17mph wind here apparently more like 25/30.
Did a short run with the tedder and the whole 10metres blow across the field .
Usually have atleast one field a year needing that technique, unfortunately today I needed to ted it out after some drizzle in the nightThat sort of thing has made me so cross in the past.
