Does anyone know the headage fee for cattle per day?? Nothing has been on the land most of the year and it needs grazing but at what cost?

Yes to water, good enough fences but not as good as the water situation

Somebody (in North Wales) was telling me that he has dairy heifers in for summer grazing, with him doing all the lookering and paddock moves (rotational grazing) and was on 80p/hd/day. The owner comes in with mobile handling kit & staff for TB testing.

It must surely be worth about that at this time of year, to shorten the winter housing period?
