Does anyone have the specs as to whats required when fitting a heat meter.
I know they are supposed to be away from bends and such like but cannot find the exact specs required by OFGEM

They have to be an a straight piece of pipe. Don't know about other makes but the Sontex Superstatic I just got has the required straight section built in, its size DN 40 and the whole thing including the straight section is about 300mm long.

Its down to the brand of meter you are installing, it will be a length of pipe that's a multiple of the diameter of the flow meter. All will be different. Typically x 5
