Looking for a belt drive capable of transmitting 200hp,was an engine on eBay a few years back with such a drive and should have kept a picture.

Is there a reason you specifically want that type of belt?
In my experience there's no room for error with them. If you overload them they just strip the teeth off whereas a row of v belts would slip before they failed.

I just thought they would be better as they wouldn’t slip, thinking about it most foragers use V belts, they probably keep cleaner.

Always think of them as Harley drive belts or supercharger drives. :ROFLMAO: is this for a PTO genny drive, compressor or big pump?

Here's a pretty good starter-for-ten selection on industrial belts. Might be worth giving them a call to discuss...

They don't take much shock loading either.
We've got a little scarifier on the back of a 25hp compact. The belt is 50mm with with 6mm teeth.
We can only use it on one tractor that has an old fashioned foot clutch to feather it in.
the other has an electric/magnetic clutch that comes in instantly and has stripped teeth off before

I've found some pulleys on bearing boys, would an 85mm wide belt cope with 200hp?

Depends on the speed and pulley size. Torque is the overall limiting factor rather than power. Find out the engine's rated torque - NM is the force in newtons that are applied 1 meter from the shaft centre. Multiply this against your engine pulley size and check against the dynamic rated load of the belt.

I’m wanting to build an engine drive unit that can swap between mainly an umbilical pump, generator or a big tub mixer.

Its the tub mixer that needs the torque most to start It full, but also the one that’s hardest to get the driveline right for.

So are you going to make a dolly of sorts with an engine on then hook the feeder and other kit on the back of it? V belts would be more forgiving I’d say, I suppose you’ll have to mount your engine backwards with the belt drive dropping straight down to a shaft running underneath to the front of the engine this will get the anti clockwise rotation you need for the pto ?

What's wrong with a lorry type engine complete with lorry gearbox?

Ratio choices and a heavy clutch for starting with...
