No can do any hedge for safety reasons, but I assume it needs to be checked for nesting birds, will be doing our gateways next week , our hedges seem to have a lot of growth this year

I had a prompt reply which I appreciated. But the whole thing is a farce of unnecessary work and bureaucracy
Just change the rules so all OSR and grass ley fields can be trimmed in August. It’s not a huge area (and getting smaller without neonics) so why all the unnecessary paperwork.
