Help Case Farmall 115u

Started the tractor this morning and after 30secs it started to rev right up then I noticed there were no lights on the dash. Now there’s still no lights but it won’t move either forwards or backwards. We’ve checked all the fuse boxes and cleaned them out. There’s no signs of mice, damaged fuses or wires.
Anyone have any ideas?

Take battery terminals clean and replace tightly to start with?
Is Battery charged and good also?

Cleaned them off this morning and still nothing

Connections tight everywhere??
Fuel ok, fresh ,tank ,inline and all fuel filters clean??

Been through and checked every fuse turns out it was the memory fuse had corroded. Thanks for your help
