On my search for replacement combine harvester, I’ve come across a 2010 John Deer 9780 .
Been a NH man all my life, what’s the John Deer combine like?

cant comment on UK conditions, but very reliable
Are you sure it’s a 2010 ? They stopped making them in 2007
CTS is nothing like an axial flow at all .The CTS were all right, sort of like a [whisper] green Axial flow. Don't know about the STS though.

Did you have one? Sound like bitter experience? Are these and all later Deere's CAN-BUS? I know that early CTS had some issues in this regard but not sure about later ones?Over complicated, not the most reliable, won’t cut beans, under powered, sieve area not big enough. Should I go on, NH or Class if it where my money?
Never owned one (luckily) worked on plenty and neighbours still have one (my 560tt walks away from it). Had to do some major repairs to it I’ve the years.Did you have one?
