Help with a list

As a group, can we create a list of Documents/records that the RPA could want to see as part of an on the spot inspection.
I'm redesigning my records system in the office and want everything to hand for when the knock on the door comes.
Trouble is, some information is prepared and stored in different formats for NVZ or ACCS or EA purposes. Cross referencing between agencies complicates.

we have stuff with 12 years , stuff that we need to keep for at least 5 , that has never being asked for , but the day we stop and think why that will be when they will come to do their inspection ,

Thought this http://rpa.defra.gov.uk/rpa/index.n...ble Standards 2013 v1 0 Inspectors Guide.pdf might be of use to those of you subject to RPA inspections. It's always good to know the standards to which the inspectors are making their decisions.

For those that tend to easily lose their tempers when being questioned by some "jumped up little Hitler in a suit" it might be worth bearing in mind the following bit of guidance:

Any comment made by the farmer to an inspector such as “I will
cut my hedges when I like” should be noted.

Keep calm, keep smiling and keep offering tea and biscuits!!
