Help with Wet fertilizer

I have one bag of fertilizer that has turned into a solid lump, any suggestions what to do with it?

It just got wet due to position in barn, and was too late when I realised it was getting regular roof condensation deposits

Empty it on concrete floor. Batter it into submission with something. Then load it with bucket.

Alternatively phone merchant you bought it from, blame them and get it replaced.

Drop it off tines onto floor. Some times the shock load can release the bond. Worst that can happen is the bag will split. Then follow chae 1 suggestion.

If it`s AN it could be sprayed with diesel and used to make a big hole

If you can find someone locally who mixes their own liquid fertiliser it might be easiest to just sell it to them.
If you state your location someone might make you an offer on here.

Just be careful if banging it, the bags are now so thin it could prolapse at best or worst the sleeve rips, falls and bursts then it’s a right pain.

+1 for the concrete floor.

Usually even a rub with the bottom of the bucket gives the big lumps a fright, if you have a nice clean front tyre then you can usually sort the rest of them out near enough.
We have an old brake drum off a lorry axle that we roll into a bay and dump the bulky bags on, that helps 'bend it up enough' that you can cut the bum of the bag

If your not to bothered about using straight away. wait till you've got some lime to spread an mix it into that.any lumps you just squash with the bucket.
