Helps to be a bit mad in our job.
I have been Claydon drilling in north east Scotland for 6 years, best harvest I have ever had. I have made mistakes and learned from them. A lad I know who has done well in life told me......you have to be prepared to fail........to succeed. Go with your instincts, not what your neighbors do or think.
