Anybody got experience with Hifi filters ?

Giving the schäffer a service and ordering mann filters for everything. Only the 2 hydraulic filters are geniune schaffer, fleetguard or hifi.
Schäffer filters with 120€ double the price of fleetguard with 52€,and fleetguard filters double the price of Hifi with 21€ .

It can't be that schaffer takes 100€ markup on just filters. There has to be a difference somewhere.

How much would it actually cost to mass manufacture the filter, 2 to 5 Euros? Probably less? As an example of mark up.. starter motor for a Case skid steer £450 from a UK dealer, listed on eBay in the states £75 , before shipping and taxes. Both would have cost the same to manufacture.

Lots for sale downhere most of the on line sellers sell that brand.Ive used them how do you know if they are anygood? But they are a good bit cheaper than stealers own brand.I like the idea of the halfway house with fleetguard peace of mind in a more trusted name

used plenty of Hifi hydraulic filters, so long as its a direct cross ref then wont be a problem. i would have used Hifi filters in the couple schaffers i sold and a couple that i serviced.
