If you had a block of land that you didn’t feel was viable for production / logistically difficult etc what environmental option could you put on it that paid best ?

i guess you can only add options on parcels that were in your ‘23 agreement - this is potential new land so would need a new agreement
Yes would need to be a parcel included in your 23 agreement.

Most of the higher paying options all 25% limited area options (25% includes combination of limited area options too), so probably:

CNUM3+IPM4+SOH1

anyone know if the 25% relates to the total area under a holding number or 25% of the agreement ?

ie could you split a holding into multiple agreements each with 25% ?
25% of the land area associated with that particular SBI was my understanding. I haven’t checked yet if that is 25% of the Arable non Permanent Pasture for options that are specific to arable classified land, as since the rule was introduced I have not been involved in an SFI application where it mattered.

Even though we are a fraction of land to @Clive the effective splitting up of the holding would appear to make sense, if I was minded to maximise the income from SFI on where the Options is 25% limited.

Pretty sure the clever Agents will be well on teh case already!

A parcel included in ones 23 agreement, to what extent? Hedges enough?

So then I can increase other options on that parcel?

You would require additional SBI numbers. In which case I assume IACS26 IACS27 apply. But you need to ask a agent / consultant that has experience

I am a tad thick today. But 25% is same for a specific area whether as one agreement area or split into several agreements?! Is it not?

25% of an agreement is not the same as 25% of a holding if it has multiple agreements though

probably trying to be a bit to clever here though !

Take it as 25% of holding
Winter Bird Mixture plus Supplementary Feeding plus No Insecticide plus Hedges and DD payment?
£1340/ha plus Hedges per year?
😲 Give me some of that for 3 years
