Hilux Radio

I have a 14 plate Hilux and have no end of problems with the radio. 99% of the time I have it on Bluetooth, but more often than not it will not start properly when you turn the engine on, or it will turn off and none of the buttons will work to start it again.
Does anyone know if these radios are a standard size / fitment? Could I buy a replacement where the steering wheel buttons and camera etc would be compatible? I never use the sat nav.

Is it the one that looks like an iPad stuck to the dash? Be interested in the answers because Given the life expectancy of electronics it not working was one of my worries when I bought mine.

After a bit of Googling I found out how to reboot the radio, which I did and it seems better.
For anyone with similar problems, you turn the key to the accessary position, wait for the Toyota emblem to dissapear on the screen, hold down the media button and turn the headlights on and off 3 times. Sounds mad but it works!

Thanks, that's very useful. Mine (same age) plays up a bit and usually a quick thump sorts it. I'll try that method out soon.
Otherwise, a brilliant truck that put up with a lot.

Be careful where you do that! You may attract the wrong type of help!
