Anyone care to try and put a value on one of these ?
I can’t remember the year but it’s done 15950 hrs, it’s pretty tidy cosmetically. Engine runs well and most things on it work, it does however have some hyd issues somewhere as it’s not as fast as it should be and the boom drops on it own. The boom is more than likely just a check valve tho, tracks on it in decent order aswell.

Thanks

Hydraulic problems can be costly, and at them hours the pump may well need an overhaul. Probably cheaper to get another s/h one, but both options will be expensive.

At them hours, with faults, it’s probably best exported or broken for parts.

There are plenty decent s/h machines about, better to pay a bit more for something without major faults

10000 sterling is still tidy dash one money so even a 135 needing work especially if the undercarriage is good on it has to make better Money than that.one of the best ranges Hitachi ever made...

It’s not worth me paying more money for anything decent it’ll only do 50 hours a year !, yes I know for those hours hire one but when I want one I want it now not next day or day after so hire won’t work for me.

Nothing handier than your own, ill second that.

In running order even with fauilts as you describe its got to be worth at least £10k as @astra says. If you can get it for less it all the better!! If the faults become worse and expensive to fix you can allways sell it to a breaker.

Otherwise i would keep an eye out for an old JS, not fashionable, but the 130 has allways been a decent digger in my experience. The odd tidy example for less then 10k does pop up now and again

Agree, walk away if it’s got hydraulic faults
