Currently dry and due any day now, should hopefully do much better this lactation but decent fat and protein and keeps up with the friesians no problem, she is slightly taller than them though

She is tall (which I gather is a common characteristic!) but I have found the opposite regarding milking speed tbh, find her very fast but I do only have the one!

Thanks, if I was picky about her, I'd want more width in the rump to allow for a bigger udder which I think is partly what holds her milk back
Legs and feet she's brilliant, chest width is very good and fertility, solids, health etc she's fantastic, just need slightly more production from her really but we shall see what she does this year

I think my longest 2 are just under 10 but they're doing 40+ so don't mind waiting a little longer! I'll see what she's like when she's fresh but from memory I'm sure she's fairly speedy, had the notification come through to say she's meant to calve tomorrow so shouldn't be long!

apparently, the switch from ok to slow, is 9 minutes, but never having sold a cow that's slow like that, its only what the auctioneers have said.

Milking 3. All over 5 on fat and one over 4 on protein. Best 2 are just touching 800kg solids in their third lactation. An improvement on there DAMS.

Just had the sample pots back and she is 5.31 fat and 3.27 protein so I guess I can’t complain too much.

Yeah I think you'll find someone interested in them. Sometimes see the likes of Skychief and Raider units sold at dairy auctions. Usually sell pretty well.
