Any one know where to find total drilled area on pronto control box,can find daily total,also why do outer front disks wear quicker than middle this is on a 4 m with no front tyre packer and not over pressurised before any one says.

Some of them you can’t. It’s a software thing as we found out recently having looked at a few. Local Horsch dealer confirmed it but did say you might be able to retrieve it if you sent it to David king.

I know it can be done as I found it last year but can't think how I found it

In the spanner page I think, as for your discs the folding ram stop probably needs adjusting as it sounds like outer discs are running deeper than centre discs

There is not really a ram stop for the wings as they need to float. Dose your drill have a pressure gauge to show the pressure in the system when you unfold the drill, if so do not put as much pressure in the system

You can screw the end of the ram to fine tune the fold out

but you need extra travel in the ram to follow the ground. there needs to be enough travel in the ram to allow the wings to sag/go past horizontal. It’s the pressure in the system that effects wing depth buy taking weight of the main frame

Hi, if you still can’t find it after looking at the above page let me know. All prontos and sprinters this information is saved it’s just in different places with ages of software. How old is your drill?
