Horsch Sprinter - wings losing down pressure

What is the correct way of building up pressure in the wings on these drills? New to us 6m st has recently arrived but the pressure guage seems stuck on zero. Folding the wings down and keeping the hydraulics pressurized doesn't seem to do anything.

Sounds like you’re doing it the right way. Maybe the gauge is blown?

All sorted now thanks. Guage is ok, just seems to take quite a long while after unfolding for the pressure to rise. Folded wings back up a few inches then re pressurizing them seems to do the trick. Had a go at some drilling but a bit too sticky on the rear tyres.

Just so I understand, do these valves pressurise and depressurise every headland turn, or only when you unfold the drill and fold it again?
If the latter, can you put a tap in the supply/return hoses? Obvs wouldnt help if rams have internal leak.

Only on fold/unfold.

Pretty sure it must be an internal leak. We did test by blanking out rams one at a time but it didn’t get us anywhere.

Not really worth throwing money or time at it though.
