House with land wanted in Yorkshire/Lancashire area.

Wanted ASAP 6-20 acres of good grazing land with house (that’s not falling down or in need of a complete renovation) to immediately move into.
£400-465 is my maximum price and I have to move in by September 2020. Must not be on a flood plain.
I have a small herd of sheep, goats, ponies and alpacas. The land must be clean (no ragwort etc).
