How long after burning off a field would you sow grass, rape and Swedes? Rape & Swedes into burnt off lay and grass into last years fodder fields.
Am trying to get Kyleo but struggling

Sorry should have said the Kyleo was for the fields going back into grass will give them 4 weeks. Was thinking more along the lines of roundup for the brassicas

What size/type of weeds are you spraying off? If there is couch and other serious weeds present in a full blown grass ley I would leave it 3 days at least, preferably longer.

Arable farmers always talk of spraying and cultivating weeds merely hours after application but that is fine for wussy weeds in stubble that have grown from seed and a different ball game when you have thistles 3 foot across and docks that look like rhubarb.
