How many miles a year do you drive?

About 12,000 nowadays, spread between two cars and a pickup. Others use them too, so Honda used to do 15,000 a year between me and wife and…… it's a long story. Used to do more when my job took me away most days. Around 20k spread between Land Cruiser and whatever other vehicle I had at the time.
This year I've done less than normal really. Next year I may do more. Or less.
Pickup does 10k miles a year, about a quarter to a third with me driving. Maybe a bit more actually, because I tend to take the calves to market and that's the longest journey it tends to do, at 60 miles round trip. The occasional trip to abattoir which is a 100 mile round trip.

Right now I need my miles to km's converter open because its all k's here.

The value of having a farm in a ring fence must be unbelievable!

Chap I used to relief milk for in sunny Cheshire, always said if you actually worked out ALL the costs in having land spread everywhere, especially if you rented it, you just wouldn't bother with it.

We’re the opposite. I do 5000 miles in the truck (mostly with trailer behind) and wife does 30000 miles in the car, mostly on the school run. The school is most definitely worth it though, and isn’t forever....

Bloody hell how far away is the school?

8-10k the Landrover does, rarely goes much more than 8miles from base. My car I manage 7-10, was 10-14 when I had a female in tow....

I genuinely dread to think how many road miles I do on the tractors though....

im amazed at how many miles you UK lot do

id probably average about 20 - 30,000 KILOMETRES a year in my work vehicle & I live 20 km from my farm & also do contract planting work in about a 100 km radius of home . . .

various motorbikes & "personal" km Ive no idea :scratchhead::D

the wifes "family" car does about 20,000 km ?

you lot must spend a lot of time in vehicles, no wonder the "which pickup" threads are soooo popular :ROFLMAO::whistle::rolleyes:

There's certainly a big range in replies. Mrs pom does 40,000km ish a year (25000 miles)in her work car, which includes us using it at weekends as the family car and she always seems to be driving.
My car only manages about 5000 miles a year, good job too with the price of fuel.
The truck I used to drive (hgv) did over 150,000 miles in a ten month season but there was 3 of us driving that.
