Anyone had an onsite visit by HP lately to fix anything?
Laptops going to need opening up for something daft like the 16th time in 18months due to the lid hinge failing again.
And they can fix the shitty mouse pad aswell thats gone clicky again.
I'm thinking may be due to Covid it'll be a case of sending it away rather than the guys turning up here.
Noone there until tomorrow to speak to.
Loathed to buy another as it's under Warranty well into 2021 and they can keep fixing it until then.
