Hydraulic spool query

Claas arion 3 manual spools. Spool 2 works both ways fine. Spool 1 and 3 will pump oil but not allow oil return. What am i doing wrong

Cables out of adjustment perhaps

Would that be in the cab. There seems to be full movement in the cab

It could be on the spool block housing itself. There is often an aluminium looking sleeve which the cable goes into with threads for adjustment. Claas might be slightly different to other makes.
