Blocked ear canal causing sounds or tinitis like symptoms ? Or even tinitis itself...

Worse if its high blood pressure or possibly something else a doctor will say.....

Best to phone the NHS.

I get that its like a random thumping in ear drum. Had it forever, its nothing to worry about its something to do with blood flow and muscles. Seem to get it worse when exercising.
I get that especially when I'm continually up an down laying blocks ,feels as though my ear drums are going to burst with the thumping

I have a constant noise like an old radio between stations. Had it for years. Only hear it if I think about it. Probably high blood pressure.
I've got that , put it down to noise damage, made worse with possible earwax build up.

Mostly in the left one, I call it ' hedgetrimmer ear'

We didn't always have q cabs did we , angle grinder use or the like makes it worse for awhile as well....if I dont use ear defenders.

Me too. Sounds like "Dave Cash in the Afternoon", but he's been dead for years..... Audiologist informs that it is very commonly reported. Too much Radio Caroline on the pocket wireless, many years ago I guess
