haven't done that much with it, made a hopper, it cut 50*50*2.5 box with easy and 100*50*7.5 rectangular , leaves a nice cold and clean cut. however i still think when cutting such stuff ill use the band saw were possible. it just feel safer. were it did shine and the main reason i got it was the plate steel. it carved up a 2.5mm sheet like a knife threw butter, the 5mm was a bit slower but she handled it ok. ive a shed i want to reroof with some box profile tin. and she should be V.good with it as no sparks to land on the tin (melt the plastic) and again it a cold cut so won't damage the paint/plastic as much around the cut
