Yes...the 'h' word...the better half has bought a horsebox and for peace of mind I was going to strip and refit the floor, but the ply seems good beneath albeit there is no aluminium checker plate on it, would 3mm be thick enough?
From what I gather it's just to keep the moisture from the damp rubber matting above from soaking the ply, and therefore will need sealed round all edges.
Unfortunately the biggest sheet size is 10ftx5ftx3mm so will need strips cut, what's the best way to seal between the sheet joints?

ply is dead loss and even worse with aluminium on top just put aluminium planking in you do need a rubber mats in cubical mats work well and are a lot les weight. Voice of experience!!!!

IW do replacement parts but the lead in is sometimes long. Wife had her 510 overhauled by a local IW agent. Fab job.

Agreed. The vinyl is bubbling on the loading ramp of the OH's HB511, and it's available in the correct colour for about £130 odd plus VAT which isn't too bad, from a JD dealer.
If you look at the price of IW cuddy trailers on Ebay, they're certainly worth looking after and keeping tidy: eg £5000 for a 2013 HB511 o_O
I just wish I'd bought another 99 of them when I bought Mrs PSQ's, they would have outperformed the FTSE100 hands down ;)
