Hello all. My 895 with trima front loader slowly but surely let's the bucket tilt forward when sitting running.. it's gradually getting worse so I assume a seal is leaking somewhere.
Anyone any advice or can point me in right direction?.

Double acting ram I presume? Most likely seals in the tilt ram. Presume it is separate hydraulic system with its own spools in which case it could be in there

If it’s not leaking externally it’s most probably passing by the seal inside the ram. Are you familiar with how a double acting ram operates and which pipe retracts the ram and which one extends it?

If you’ve got quick release couplings to take the loader off it would be pretty simple to pop apart the pair that does the crowd & see if it still does it to rule out either the valve block or ram seals.

Removed the two rams on Saturday. 3 of the pins came out fine, the 4th was seized, after hrs of sweat and choice words I had to remove two lower pins to take the whole thing to the press.
After a loud bang from the pressure it came out.
Lots of fine grit in the bushings but with age I suppose that's normal.
I did undo the quick release fittings going to the tilt rams and the bucket still tilted,

Thanks to all for your input.
