He didn't sell dags too did he?:)
No, for a change he wasn't the archytipical traveller type, he looked more like a fifty something fat balding bloke who's wife had had enough and walked out on him after years of him either being out dabbling with autograss motors or sat inside watching football games on the telly in their twee house on a drab and dreary housing estate.
Well that's the impression I got anyway ;)

Is a milwalkee Wrench worth the extra money over a dewalt one? There's about £80 between the two
when you do research on them and lord knows i did, they are damn close in everything, so much so i just went and bought the dewalt over the phone one day, when i collected it i lifted the box and thought there was something missing so opened it up to see all there, i asked the lad in the shop about the milwaukee and when i lifted that box i felt i was getting something, for it weighed a lot more with the same amount of stuff in it so i coughed up the few extra quid and never looked back.

i have one friend who has a dewalt, he whipped it out one day to try the two against each other in the workshop, what i could tighten he couldn't loosen, now my gun was fresher than his but still..

i also have another friend who has the dewalt and he loves it, as he says himself its nearly wore out now but he would replace it with another one its gave him that good a service.

if your still not sure, which after reading the above you probably wont be, have a look at the other tools you probably will buy in time, see who makes more of a selection and the prices they are and you may make your own mind up after that im afraid.

I havn't used my 1/2" air gun for a few years now since moving onto battery wrenches. However if I am doing some really big old bolts I have a 3/4" air gun which copes better than the battery gun. Very rarely gets used though.

The milwaukee 4.5" battery angle grinder is well worth the money. 90% of the time that is what I use but if I have heavy work to do then the corded is better.

personally \I would say there is no comparison between Milwaukhee cordless and a 110v Bosch grinder, I would always go 110v for anything within reach of power. whilst the cordless have a use I feel it is overrated for any serious work

I agree, but most 5 minute jobs it is just too much of a ball ache to roll out cable and hump a transformer about. Which is why 90% of tasks get battery grinder here.
Does buying a brushless motor grinder *actually* make enough difference in work per battery fill, to justify price of trading up? I know it may be desirable, but is it borne out in practice...

What size tractor wheels nuts will the 1/2” gun take off?
Will it do a 32mm one without cracking it off first or would you need the 3/4” to do that?

Sorry for the late reply just seen this:

Never mind 32mm - my 1/2” Milwaukee M18 Fuel will remove all the 38mm wheel nuts on our New Holland without cracking them off first.
