Insulated heat pipe

Looking for some info on underground insulated heating pipes. What is the biggest size that comes in a duo (Rehau now go up to 75mm?). I have heard of the different brand names but don’t know a lot about them. Heard that the cheaper Rehau has poor insulation properties and their more expensive product is very good but quite pricey. What about Calpex and Uponor etc, what’s good/bad/affordable? I have a long run, approx 1.2km A to B, so it’s important to analyse cost vs benefit.

Can anyone recommend who could design a system for me and conduct a cost analysis?

if the pipework is certified
BS EN 253 (2009), BS EN 15632:2 and 3 (2010) and BS EN 15632:4 (2009), or BS EN 15698:1 (2009)

then use the PI caculator

if the pipework is not the above but has european insulation standard them use the non pi calculator

UPONOR do 75, 90, 110 and now 125 mm. I have fitted over 1.5km of pipe for my own systems and many more KM's for others.

when pricing up remember to include the fittings as well needed at either end and also pump size which will be related to, among other factors, the resistance down the pipe.

Farm Energy (now FEC) may be an option for advise, I have used them extensively with excellent results.
