Interpuls clusters

Hi, I am looking at interpuls clusters on a rental basis, has anyone used these clusters and what do you think of them?

Yes we have them on rental.

I suppose it depends on size of parlour as to whether they are viable but it is a damn sight easier to change x64 clusters than 256 liners for not a lot of difference in price and the triangular design of liner grips better IMO as you do hear a lot less liner slip

Thanks for that. This is on 50 stall rotary. Have you seen a reduction in mastitis? Has the report they give shown any gremlins?

We never seem to have that much mastitis tbh and I would have to ask the son about the report. I vaguely remember something

I'm in the industry but fairly impartial, it would be worth talking to Tim at Milkrite. He could look at your system, test as necessary and offer a solution to suit you and your cows. There's ongoing debate about air bleeds in the mouthpiece, short milk tube or just the claw bowl. There are various set ups, shells can be weighted if required. I'm not sure on cost but several people are using them now and are happy with the service. Clusters will be delivered at regular intervals, changes can be made to the liners/shells etc if needed. I personally like the units, but I like other brands too (and there are some that I dislike) Milkrite can tailor something to your needs.
