Thanks all.

all I want is to post a ‘job opportunity’ for an all rounder and see what people perceive it to be worth £££ wise. Current set up is working well but he feels he’s too cheap and all the evidence I can see suggests he’s bang on the money.

asking someone on here what a Shepard \ tractor mechanic is worth would be ideal if that’s what I wanted but for all round builder it’s not so specific!

All round chancer/handyman / bodger?
Or formally trained/ apprenticeship?
Or craftsman level?

Are you engaging their services, or employing them?
If engaging their services, have they public liability insurance or contractors all risk insurance?

It's not an easy question to give an answer to without more background information.
