Is This Bad Husbandry?

I bought I directly off the previous owner. No estate agents were involved. I had the land professionally valued years ago, during the previous purchase of the lease from the tenant. I am fully aware of the succession rules of a full AHA tenancy. You don't know the price that I paid.
It doesn’t matter what price you pay.. he still has rights.. you can’t just wander around property he is tenanting he needs written notice 24/48 hours in advance for a starters .. the hostility your receiving from everybody on here isn’t jealousy or hatred for landlords it’s because your ignorance, arrogance and damn right stupidity is annoying and frustrating .. you think because you own the land now you can do as you please and you really can’t when the tenant has been there since the 80s he has more rights too the land than you have! ..
you clearly want rid of him and are angling for a way too remove him but if he is a member of the TFA he will be very well informed and you won’t have much hope

Iv read the entire thread start too finish .. you don’t seem too grasp .. leases aren’t always worth the paper they are written on depending on how the land has been farmed/ how long it’s been farmed for / how the rent has been paid ect ect … again, arrogance and ignorance and then wondering why people are against you… you won’t want too believe the facts

That would not apply to the powers granted to me under the lease. Are you saying that the lease is not always worth the paper for the tenant also?

If he’s been there since 1984 there’s a very very high chance that the lease isn’t worth a drop too either of you… which is why you need a proper agent too look into the situation not just assume you know best because it’s your land… this is why a lot of the big estates are trying too bully/buy tenants out of the land because they have 0 rights or control over there own land even if no lease has ever been in place the tenant still holds all the cards … I’m not saying it’s right but it’s the truth
