Something isn’t right. Pulling hard but not extremely hard.

Water pipe from bottom of rad going into what looks like engine oil cooler is cold.1st photo.
Water pipe coming out of oil cooler is so hot can’t touch it.
Gauge getting towards the red.
Had new stats and fan belts.
Can these oil coolers block up on the water side?

I replaced the thermostat not so long ago and the fan belts.
It’s a viscous coupled fan. The rad is spotless externally but I haven’t flushed it internally. Had the volume washer through it.
Dealer reckons it could be pump impeller loose on shaft. He might well be right but checking other stuff as well.
The cooling system just doesn’t seem boss of the job. It never settles at a fixed temp on gauge but stabilises higher as day temp rises and load. Now with warmer weather getting too close to red for my liking.
As far as I can see the only route for cold water out of bottom of rad is through oil cooler, but it seems very hot out of oil cooler going onward to pump.
Thanks for suggestions
Ploughing on with the old case 4240 and DP8.

Radiators can look clean, but in my experience after 8-10 years they loose a massive amount of cooling capacity. Should be a service item really.
So radiator could be restricting water flow due to internal corosion. Bottom hose would be cold, but not enough flow.
Or it could be pump impeller loose.
I hope I can check impeller without removing pump.

I cant see what engine that is but is its a NEF type the water pump bearings do fail and when they do it smashes the ceramic impellers off. even if your bearings are okay it wouldn't take a lot to smash them ceramic impellers.

Thanks for the suggestions. The bearings felt ok when changed the fan belts a month or two back.
I will try to see / check the impeller without removal of the pump.
I wish I could test/check flow without resorting to stripdown as I have raved pumps off and recored rads before for no noticeable improvement and particularly at the moment time and parts are short.
Maybe I am just overloading it. How would I know? I always understood that if you put your foot down and it accelerated easily it wasn’t overloaded. Is cooling system the limiting factor on engine load? Didn’t think it was but maybe it is. Pulling 5 furrows at 18” on some very heavy land up hill with 135 hp. No smoke, but she does get hot.
