Any thoughts on how to remove Ivy from a privet hedge, been dragging it out over the last 2seasons but it's getting the better of me.

Only addition i'd suggest is to repeat the dose every 7 days, for 3-4 weeks. Like Jap Knotweed, ivyOnly suggestion would be to cut stumps, drill a hole and fill with brush and stump killer.
Some say......diesel and glyphosate mixed..Has anyone had any success with spraying ivy? Got some growing through a fence from a neighbouring, neglected piece of land and can't get at the main stems.
