Hi,just wondering if there are any good options for simple jar plant acr/s for retro fitting to an old parlour ?
The fullwood acrs that are currently fitted are no longer functioning or repairable,so thinking of options(preferably cheap and simple) going forward.

We had the Davlec ecr compact acr controllers fitted by our Fullwood man.
I think the controllers were around £130 each but fitted cost quite a bit more by the time they had fitted all the other parts that were needed.
They will control your pulsators, switching them off when clusters are off. The pulse speed and ratio can be set within the acr controller.
They have adjustable time delay for cluster removal after cutting the vacuum off.
Plus lots of other things.

What model of Fullwood acr ? What is not repairable ?

I would look out for some second hand Delaval ACR 5000 -not current stuff but plenty about , easily repairable. Has lots of settings (that no one ever looks at/touches etc ) . No flow sensor but a simple float arrangement based on milk flow through a set sized hole .
Can be configured for auto transfer (milk jar empties after acr retracts).
