JCB 526-56 stuck in 4 wheel drive

Have a 2009 JCB 526-56 that seems to be stuck in 4wheel drive constantly. Worked fine up until a couple of weeks ago.
The little orange light on the switch on the dash doesnt light up anymore - I think it used to light up when it was in 2 wheel drive? If you had it in 2 wheel drive, the 4wd would kick in and the light would go out when the brake pedal was pushed

Maybe theres a sensor on the brake pedal? The brake lights arent on though.

Any tips on where to start looking appreciated. Cant see any blown fuses etc.

Thanks
Grant

Fairly sure there is a clutch pack which will be meshed together, these machines need to be left in 4wd unless on road as said clutch pack eats itself as constantly ‘in and out’ when loading. Learnt the hard way.

Thanks, sounds expensive!
Local jcb man said it could be brake light bulb melted making the loop live all the time, which makes sense as one of the lights got broken not that long ago. Away out to check that justnow

I've got one on 12k + hours now and it's been in 2wd 95%of it's life, never been a problem yet🤞

Update - a brake light on the back that was mangled by a senior member of staff, had blown the brake lights fuse.
Which breaks the circuit and I suppose it thinks you’ve got your foot on the breaks the whole time, holding it in 4wd permanently
