the quick hitches seem quite rare , mine is seized solid cant get the bottom pins out tried heat and pressing them the other week ,I had a hunt around the net for one there are a couple on ebay at £1500 each seemed pricey but not a MM of movement on mine im considering cutting the pins off to get the bucket off for better access to remove them but pins at around 130 each
going to have another go next week with more heat and a bigger port power.

Pin on ne sized broke in two. Pulled it out by hand. The other side i could not get to go all the way back in, so had to cut the end off to fit the grab and fee the animals tonight.
I assume there are seals in the tube piece - where have you been priced £130 for the pins?
Cant see any on ebay at moment, do you have a link?

this one looks about right , but there are a few different versions I believe

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/JCB-Quic...904809?hash=item33d56b3429:g:I4sAAOSwpoJXDnDC

so worth checking it out fully, not sure what the differnace are but there are mk1 , 2 and 3 types JCB on lin eparts book here.

https://parts.jcb.com/parts/index/s...NDg5LTBkZWYtNDg1NC1hNzIwLWM3ZjMyZDRkZWY4MyJ9/

There is a ram in the centre our is very badly corroded maybe past use , its nearly £400 , the pins are im pretty sure £130 each from JCB cant remember if that included vat or not but around that sort of cost.

there are bushes in the QH carrige but no seals other than what is in the ram

The eBay link is wrong for ours. How does the ram come out?
Problem is it's used every day now so can't have it in bits whilst I source bits. Need to have either the right bits to go straight on or a new quick hitch :(

This is ours!
Looks a bit more complex.
Also thinking the tube the rams run in could be tired

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.

This webinar will be...
