You could try Butterfield Plant, or Warwick Ward.had a bit of a breakdown today
who breaks JCBs?
Specifically, im looking for the front quick hitch.
Also looking for a front bucket as well.
TIA
Pin on ne sized broke in two. Pulled it out by hand. The other side i could not get to go all the way back in, so had to cut the end off to fit the grab and fee the animals tonight.the quick hitches seem quite rare , mine is seized solid cant get the bottom pins out tried heat and pressing them the other week ,I had a hunt around the net for one there are a couple on ebay at £1500 each seemed pricey but not a MM of movement on mine im considering cutting the pins off to get the bucket off for better access to remove them but pins at around 130 each
going to have another go next week with more heat and a bigger port power.
The eBay link is wrong for ours. How does the ram come out?this one looks about right , but there are a few different versions I believe

There is a ram in the centre our is very badly corroded maybe past use , its nearly £400 , the pins are im pretty sure £130 each from JCB cant remember if that included vat or not but around that sort of cost.
there are bushes in the QH carrige but no seals other than what is in the ram
