JCB Loadall 540-170 Fork Tilt Issue - Error Codes C159B-13 and C159E-13

Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue with my JCB Loadall 540-170 Year 2017 which has a single joystick control. Suddenly, while working, the fork stopped tilting, and

I’ve encountered error codes C159B-13 and C159E-13 in the error record.

Has anyone experienced something similar, or does anyone know what might be causing this issue? Any advice or support would be greatly appreciated.

Dear David,

Thank you for it.

We replaced the harness grip from the fork side positioner to the fork tilt on the control valve. Now, the tilt function works with the fork positioner button on the joystick, but the fork positioner has stopped working.

This indicates that the control valve solenoid is not damaged; the issue may lie in the ECU, the joystick, or another component.

Where do you think the problem might be?

I don't know the machine, but open circuit means there is a break in the wire somewhere
Either a plug is loose or wiring has been damaged
