Our old 520-2 sprung a leak in one of the steering rams, changed the seals and now it doesn't leak ......or steer. The steering wheel turns and the wheels don't unless the old girl is actually on the move, and then not much. Air in the system possibly and if so how do you bleed it? Or something else? Steering was fine before even with the leak. All help gratefully received.

Slacken the pipes and get someone to turn the wheel till get all the air out then tighten, do both ends of the ram .

Hi ,
I have the same problem on my old 520-4. I can seem to find a way to remove the pin on the inboard side of the ram. The one at the wheel hub end just tapped out but at the other end there isn't enough clearance. Did you have to remove other parts to get it out?
