Jcb TM310 boom not extending

Hi All Got a tm310, the boom only extends about a meter but no further, comes back in fine.
You can hear the Hydraulics cutting out when it stops, so it's not deadening etc. Any pointers? Thanks

Not the rear pin on the tip/crowd ram broken and catching on the outer boom?

Hi David I don't think so, when I finally got it into calibration mode the boom comes right out, but it won't finish the calibration. Many thanks!
