Some 3/4 round bar and a screwdriver was my technique of choice,,,,,,, with a short handle sledge hammer![]()
Took shaft out and popped seal out , is there any bushing in casting ,No, it sits over the cross shaft and is held in place by a pin, which in turn is secured with a spring clip- same each side. Slide the shaft across just enough and you will see the seal. Hoik it out with an O ring hook or similar, pop the new one in and repeat on the other side.
Pulled the bushes and put new ones inJust pop the new seal back in and job done
