JD 155r stuck in 4 wheel drive

Just parked it up. Didn't realise it was an issue until I drove home and it wouldn't turn off 4 wheel drive. Lives in a hedger, is it something I've pulled off underneath or simple as a brake light out.. I've tried on and off a few times and upon pressing button on command arm it turns back on again.

Likely the MFWD solenoid it lives up just in front of the hitch, I pulled a wire off mine in tall OSR stalks, re pined the plug and away I went

Ours has been stuck in fwd at times. It has always been the wireing to the selanoid getting damaged / pulled off.
But it hasn't put a fault up on the screen when it happens.
So I would suspect the selanoid is faulty
