JD 6150 turbo

Hi can you get parts for a JD 6150R turbo or chuck it out and get a new one?
Having errors 517474.04, 520715.05, 641.07(turbo actuator self calibration error), 2795.31 and 1569.31 among others.
Been told to put on a new turbocharger, it's done 4400 hours, 2400 hours since the last one had something done to the vanes(pip).
Aiming to keep the tractor a long time so not looking for a bodge, and do not need any more power.

Had 3 on ours. But been no problem since they fitted manifold/ bracket mod.

Ours was alot of trouble ,had various mods new turbo eventually found it needed new terminator
