Hey
I have recently had a stoll loader fitted to my jd 6830.
After fitting the bracket that holds the drawbar or pickup hook was not fitted and I can't work out where to fit it.
Any ideas of where it can go would be much appreciated
Cheers jimmy

Our 6920 has it further forwards and facing backwards (on the other side). Don’t they get covered in crap if mounted at the back axle?
I did wonder about that. Using the same bolts on the other side? End up being a little back from where it was originally.

A neighbours tractor has a holder for the drawbar to slot in by the back axle. I have occasionally helped change it a few times and am glad I don't have to do it more often. Walking round the tractor or back to the workshop with the drawbar is a lot easier on the back.

New Hollands have a bracket for the drawbar on the back of the tractor. In my opinion it is one of the poorest designs for drawbar storage since drawbars were invented. Once you have dug through all the muck to get to it and prayed the wing nut underneath isn't seized you then get to put your back out getting the drawbar out. It's such a poor design that the drawbar in storage fouls on the drop arms. Incredible that it got through to the final design of the tractor in my honest opinion

Make everything fit the pickup hitch and leave the drawbar in the back of the workshop.
Been looking to work out about using the baler on the pickup hitch. Not sure about a drawbar that would work with it. Maybe get something made up would be the answer

Converted our NH round baler to pickup hook.

And the McHale V660 can have the hook ring as a option.

Norwegian spec?

Here's one I made earlier.. Well one of about 60 at the time. the drawbar storage was always a problem when fitting a loader or front linkage. So, I made loads all in one go as one at a time is too time consuming. I still have a few left if it's any good to you..
